Really a 2.5 which is sad because I've previously LOVED Robin Kaye's books.

Why I Picked It Up: I really enjoyed Romeo, Romeo and Too Hot to Handle by Kaye so I decided to pick up her newest.

What I Lurved: To be honest, the aspect I loved the most in Wild Thing was the secondary characters. Hunter’s family and James are probably the biggest reason I finished this book.

What I Could Have Lived Without: Hunter and Toni didn’t have much of a buildup. He sees her, she sees him and BAM! Hunters’ planning the rest of forever and Toni’s running in the opposite direction. For whatever reason, it just didn’t work for me. Tori’s sassy personality worked sometimes and at other’s she came across as a petulant child. The ending was also really abrupt for Toni and Hunter and really just set up the next book.

Recommended For: Romance readers who enjoy love at first sight stories.

Avoid If: Stubborn main characters drive you a little nutty.
