This book is the second I pick up from Elizabeth Scott (I like her name!) This is a somewhat typical
contemporary book about a teenager's road of self-discovery. Lauren as been negleted and felt unloved for so long that she adapted her behavior, and her personality to what she thought others will like. To be the perfect daughter, perfect friend and perfect girlfriend. It took Evan's arrival back to school to shake things up and made her realized what she was missing and to know what true happines is. Really liked this one.
