My Review:

I always seem to be in a weird place in my life when I get an email for AJ York. Trust me it’s not a bad thing, It’s always what I need to get me out of that place and back to normal. Her books are so sweet and inspirational. Her characters are delightful, having read the Delilah Dusticle series when she emails to ask if I would read this new book it was without hesitation that I said yes.

One line in the book really put a lot of what I have been going through in perspective and I can’t thank you enough for giving me the chance to read this.
“Sometimes, if we just give things a go, we find we can do things we never imagined doing in a million years,” said Eliza

58 pages and packed with so much heart and sweetness. I thought I loved Delilah but Eliza is a doll. I adore her and her shadow. Moving from place to place all Eliza has is her shadow and it was a magical shadow. Her shadow would do things that only she could see, everyone else would see just a shadow. When they pair arrive in Blossom Brook is obvious that it needs Eliza and her shadows help and that is exactly what she does.

Eliza is a very kind person and wants to help people as much as she can. This book follows along as she helps each person in the town before moving on her way. It is without a doubt a heartwarming and inspirational, very funny and so cute. I loved this entire books and hope that she has more of Eliza Bluebell as well as more Delilah. If you haven’t read these books, young or old, they are a really great read. I can't wait to introduce Eliza to my daughter, I think she will love her
