Seventeen-year-old Evie O'Neill is thrilled when she is exiled from small-town Ohio to New York City in 1926, even when a rash of occult-based murders thrusts Evie and her uncle, curator of The Museum of American Folklore, Superstition, and the Occult, into the thick of the investigation.
Yeah, I couldn't get into this one, and I tried. I think I got about halfway and by then I had just started to lose interest. There was too much happening but not enough happening (or taking too long) for me to stay interested. Which is a shame because the overall plot was really interesting.
