Wicked Wedding is a hot, fast read - with a whirlwind romance, a very bad ex, and a big secret.
Story:
Wicked Wedding was so hot! And it was also filled with quite a bit of humor. And if you've read any of the Wicked Horse Vegas books, you know some of the side characters that show up in this story. I loved both Drew and Brynne, but especially Drew! He was hit by lightening when he met Brynne. And she thought she was having the second worst day of her life - until it became one of the better days instead. All thanks to Drew and his very unconventional proposal
Meeting by chance, both on their way from a wedding - Drew had just seen his two best friends get married, and Brynne fled her own wedding after finding out her fiancé had cheated with the bridesmaid AND the best man the night before - they figured another wedding might even things out a bit. Wicked Wedding started out as a fake wedding. However, it didn't take long to see that Brynne and Drew had more than a little potential.
Rather fast paced, Wicked Wedding spans over just a few weeks at first, then two months of reflection. And I thought my heart would shatter. All because Drew - against his better judgement - kept a huge secret from Brynne. And the secret didn't even have anything to do with her, their present, or their possible future. That's not to say I wouldn't have felt a bit bad if I was Brynne. But Drew totally deserved at least a little of Brynne's time to listen to his explanation.
Bennett's stories always touch me in some way, and Wicked Wedding brought me laughter, hotness, anger, hope, and romance.

About Sawyer:
Since the release of her debut contemporary romance novel, Off Sides, in January 2013, Sawyer Bennett has released multiple books, many of which have appeared on the New York Times, USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestseller lists.
A reformed trial lawyer from North Carolina, Sawyer uses real life experience to create relatable, sexy stories that appeal to a wide array of readers. From new adult to erotic contemporary romance, Sawyer writes something for just about everyone.
Sawyer likes her Bloody Marys strong, her martinis dirty, and her heroes a combination of the two. When not bringing fictional romance to life, Sawyer is a chauffeur, stylist, chef, maid, and personal assistant to a very active daughter, as well as full-time servant to her adorably naughty dogs. She believes in the good of others, and that a bad day can be cured with a great work-out, cake, or even better, both.
Sawyer also writes general and women’s fiction under the pen name S. Bennett and sweet romance under the name Juliette Poe.
