Mystery on the Bayou by Linda Weaver Clarke sees the couple on their honeymoon and may get into a mystery.

Can Amelia find Millie's son that she gave up for adoption?
Amelia and Rick Bonito are now married and on their honeymoon in Florida. I am happy that these two got their happy ending even if that means sadly, my reading of these adventures is coming to a close. Amelia is still the spunky detective that we all know and love while Rick compliments her by using his charm. These two detectives are still as cute as ever, in my honest opinion.

The Case
Amelia was asked by a woman named Millie close to the end of their honeymoon to try to find her son so that she could tell him something. I am glad that Amelia helped her as she has Marfan's Syndrome, her son can inherit the genetic disorder that she has is shocking, to say the least with what it can do to someone. Amelia is excellent at solving these kinds of cases. She ended up having to go a bit further than that once she does find his adopted parents.

4 Stars
Mystery on the Bayou by Linda Weaver Clarke is a great short read about finding a son and getting him back to his loved ones. While also solving a case that the police were working on before the son went missing. Ms. Clarke did another wonderful job with this book, and it's great. I am giving it 4 stars and recommending it to anyone that reads mysteries.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy from the author. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
