3 ½ Stars. I keep bouncing back and forth between intrigued and just a little bit done with this plot. The plot and the antagonist actually have a lot of potential. It just feels like it’s all moving forward very slowly. Plus I’m not liking the tension between Cloak and Dagger – not that it exists, but the way it flowers. Its feeling too forced. I’m thinking the next issue might pick up significantly though. It looks like our duo may finally be going on the offensive, and that could get really interesting.
