What a lovely, cozy read! There's gardening, bread baking, a dash of magic, and a light f/nb romance. It gently addresses bi erasure and the challenges that come with finding friendship and community in a new place. And the use of ze/hir pronouns was absolutely effortless. I can't wait to read whatever Avery Flinders writes next.
