Dirty Rich Secrets has so many secrets that it's hard to know what's going on. Especially because we follow Ashley / Sandy and she doesn't really know what's going on. She's in witness protection at the beginning of the story. The story is written in first person point of view, and so, the readers only know what Ashley knows. Switching between the present and the past - the past doesn't really help, either. Because she didn't know everything that was going on back then either.
The suspense is definitely present though, and the writing is good. I just wish there was a little bit more to hang on to in order to feel more connected to Ashley.
The next installment will be out in August, and I will keep reading. Hopefully, some answers will be forthcoming then.
