Wrecked wasn't as frustrating as the previous two books. Instead, this was a case of just being not for me, since I don't like Romances with kids. This time we're getting Ben's brother, Jake's story. We've seen him be a bit of a hot head and witnessed him pass out drunk, but his problems run deeper than that. Flipping his car while drunk was definitely a wake up call for him, and it certainly helped that his nurse was attractive and the right type of woman for him.

I have to start by talking about Wrecked's opening chapter. It is the absolute dumbest thing ever and did not set a good tone for the overall story. Jake crashed his car and almost died over some high school drama. A character we have never met before, whom he use to hook up with, decides to announce how they tried to break up Ben and Molly all those years ago. This upsets Jake, he drives super drunk, crashes. Seriously!? Then Jake is surprised that he got a DUI for that. And his punishment is to coach the high school football team. Their coach is sick and they need someone, so hey, free labor! I'm not even kidding.

Other than that, Wrecked wasn't all bad. I actually did really like how Jake and Emily talk about their problems and concerns instead of just breaking up and then moping around being idiots. However, Emily has a kid, and most of the Romance revolves around her kid. The drama involves her kid. Everything is about this kid. I do not care at all! I just don't.

Clearly, this series was not my thing at all. Wrecked was the best of the three, and if you like kids, and Romances about single parents, you'll probably enjoy it. I don't. At all.
