**AN ARC WAS PROVIDED FOR AN HONEST REVIEW. ALL OPINIONS ARE MY OWN**

A little bit of voyeurism (maybe a lot a bit), forbidden romance, it's bound to be a steamy read. The synopsis for this book really piqued my interest and I was just eager to get my hands on this one. It wasn't what I was quite hoping for, but I still found myself enjoying it.

First off, let me touch on the cover! You HAVE to read the little bit Fiona shares about the cover at the end of the book. Can someone write a book about THAT, it's totally romance book worthy. *hint.hint*

Oaklyn, as many of us can relate to of being a financially struggling college student, she was no stranger to it. But the way it happened was pretty horrible. The money that she worked for to pay off her school got into the hands of her parents and they used it to cover their expenses. I can't even imagine being in that position especially unknowingly. I felt horrible for Oaklyn. With that being said, a job falls into her lap and it was an unlikely one that she seemed a bit eager to jump into. I was a bit surprised at how quickly she accepted it, I don't think I could be so brave, but I also wouldn't know it's like to be in a situation that she was thrown into.

Callum has some major demons of his own that he's fighting. And for a very long time, hasn't really done anything about it. But he seems to find comfort at the rather interesting sex club, Voyeur. Where Oaklyn just recently got a job at. The one thing he didn't expect was the one girl he's completely entranced by to be his student.

I have to say that I loved the forbidden aspect of Oaklyn and Callum's story, I tend to stay away from the student/teacher romances, but this was a steamy one. Their attraction to each other was explosive, yet a bit from Callum's side it was rather unhealthy. I really felt for Callum and what he had to endure as a child, but the whole time I was hoping he'd seek out help. I thought it was definitely needed for him. And that held me back from connecting deeper with Callum. And the lies he was keeping from Oaklyn just kept stacking up. I know lies tend to be a common element with romance, but I'm still going to pick at it. Be honest!

I was completely hooked at the beginning with this one because I love reading books where there are enticing sex clubs thrown into the mix, but as we delve more into their story, it kind of lost me along the way. But I will say that I love Fiona Cole's writing and will definitely be looking out for future books of hers. Even though this one wasn't quite for me, still an enjoyable read.
