This is a sweet contemporary romance story that is a quick read. Cupid's Arrow is an estate that is owned by billionaire, Cullen P. Kincaid. He invites a variety of strangers to his house and puts them on a scavenger hunt through the estate. All the contestants must sign a nondisclosure agreement, to not reveal anything about their weekend at the estate. The winner takes home a half a million dollars.

Tess, is a college student and is adamant that she needs to study to get the best grades she can get. She is in pre-med and wants to be sure that she can get into med school. So while she needs the money that she could potentially win, she plans to study every chance she can get.

Noah is a mechanic working to put his little sister through college. He wanted to go to college, but choose to send his little sister, so he had to work. His mother is a drug addict, so he took custody of his sister as soon as he was eighteen.

There aren't but four characters in Winner Takes All, the hero and heroine. There is also the billionaire, Mr. Kincaid. Lastly, there is a woman who tries to get between Tess and Noah. They have quite the feel good story. Both Tess and Noah are very common individuals who are spending a weekend in a beautiful estate. Both are required to step out of their comfort zone and actually do something for themselves for once that doesn't involve studying or work.

Very cute story that was a quick read. I really liked both Tess and Noah. They are great people who are just trying to make due with what they have in life. To watch them finally take something for themselves was a lot of fun. It has a little bit of a fairy tale with the happy ever ending.
