"Gwen Stacey has been given a new lease on life, thanks to her access to other universes. And in Ghost-Spider #2, we see her adapting fairly well to things. She’s doing the best she can to balance out all of the demands in her life.

This issue was a strong reminder that whenever a hero’s life is starting to go perfectly, it simply means there’s something lingering in the shadows. That is doubly true for any of the spider characters, as nothing ever seems to go right for long with them.

Fans of alternate Marvel universes will likely enjoy a lot of the subtleties and humor in this issue. And trust me, there’s plenty of it. While this issue is setting up for a larger plot, it also never forgot the little things."
