I’m sad that I have to wait another couple of weeks for the next issue. Crowded has quickly become one of my favorite series. Vita and Charlie are fantastic characters (not to be mistaken with the concept of good people; I think we’ve all been broken of the illusion about Charlie being a good person).
We still don’t know what Charlie did to get the Reapr campaign on herself, nor do we know why so many people helped to fund it. Though I’m starting to get a better idea of all that. Little hints keep popping up along the way, and while none of them tell the fully story…together we may just get a good idea of this whole mess.
Vita is easily my favorite character. They’re stubborn, driven, and shocking talented at keeping Charlie alive. The more I think about it, the more it makes sense that Vita has a bad rating not because they can’t keep people alive – but because people are alive at the end to leave said bad rating. It makes sense. Vita is cool, but not super personable. And frankly, when it comes to saving lives, how much time can you really afford to make your client feel all nice and snuggly?
