Under the Never Sky (Under the Never Sky, #1)

by Veronica Rossi

WORLDS KEPT THEM APART.
DESTINY BROUGHT THEM TOGETHER.

Aria has lived her whole life in the protected dome of Reverie. Her entire world confined to its spaces, she's never thought to dream of what lies beyond its doors. So when her mother goes missing, Aria knows her chances of surviving in the outer wasteland long enough to find her are slim.

Then Aria meets an outsider named Perry. He's searching for someone too. He's also wild - a savage - but might be the only person who can keep her alive.

And if they can survive, they are each other's best hope for finding answers.

This book just didn’t do it for me. I didn’t understand a lot of things about the dystopian world and the author didn’t explain. I thought the main character was annoying and a little whiny. I like Perry, the main guy I guess you could call him, because he was more realistic and to the point. I thought their relationship was weird as well. At first they were just kinda there and didn’t even think about each other much and then all of a sudden BAM! They’re in love. I just didn’t find it very realistic.

The plot however, wasn’t too bad. It wasn’t the more brilliant thing I’ve read but I didn’t want to throw the book across the room which is a good sign. The world where they live was pretty cool but I felt like things could have been explained better sometimes. Some things that happened were really obvious too which made the book not as fun to read.
