I cannot tell you about how unbelievably anxious I was, while reading this book. Normally, I have a tendency to get through Pepper's books very easily and quickly, but I found myself taking so many mental breaks because I just couldn't deal. As it's no surprise, she has outdone herself, again, and this book will not disappoint her many fans!

Fourth Debt picks up right where the previous one ended and you'll be raging with fury once you start reading! In the beginning, Daniel managed to conjure up so much hate within me that I wanted to stab a hot needle in his eye! And the same goes for Cut and Bonnie, by the end, you will seriously be wishing and hoping that karma will be the biggest b*tch to ALL of them. I'd say that about 70% of the book will bring a lot of angry emotions out of you. Everything that she had to deal with prior and during the Fourth Debt is unimaginable and damn right painful. It's medieval and gruesome!

We get to see another side of Nila, she no longer has Jet around, and ultimately she has to look out for herself. And as hard as that can be, she does the best that she can. That girl is put through so much sh*t in this one, it'll make you cringe and cry out to make it all stop. I loved how she always stood her ground and never cowered, she did her best to stay strong despite the sh*tty circumstances. And it was quite the favorite of mine, when she threatened Daniel, Cut and Bonnie; you bring it, girl! It's all undeserving and I am so damn eager to have that last book in my hand. As much as I want that HEA (which I know we'll get because Pepper would NEVER do such thing!), I think I want that revenge a whole lot more. There's no light in that darkness that she has been thrown in and things need to end.

Pepper sheds more history on the Hawks and Weavers and you're still left with questions by the end, but I liked that we got to know more. To me, there was a lot of "what?!" & "hmmm", when it came to Nila learning about the past, I definitely need to go back and read that again to see if I can come up with more theories. Just troll the facebook pages, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about!

This book will bring a lot of emotions out of you; pain, anguish, suffering, glimmers of hope, relief, and fury are to name a few. There's one more book to go and I can't wait to see what the major end game will be. The ending of Fourth Debt will leave you literally hanging on the end of a cliff and the many scenarios of what could happen will be playing out in your head. I am so looking forward to it because SO MANY things will happen. I have a feeling that Nila and Jet won't be the only ones on my list of favorites in this series, just saying ;) You guys have no idea how hard it is to write this review without an ounce of spoilers! Guess you'll have to read it.

Fans won't be disappointed and you'll probably get pissed at Pepper for putting all of us through this, but it'll pay off in the end! That's how it always is and that's why she's phenomenal at what she does! Let us all bow down to the Queen of Dark Romances!
