It's been six weeks since the angels of the apocalypse destroyed the world as we know it. Only pockets of humanity remain.

Savage street gangs rule the day while fear and superstition rule the night.

When angels fly away with a helpless girl, her seventeen-year-old sister Penryn will do anything to get her back.

Including making a deal with the enemy.

WOW!!! I really had no clue when I picked up this book how amazing it was going to be. I'll admit I was part of the angel craze and I expected when I picked up this book to feature nice fluffy romantic angels. Which is very very wrong. The entire book is dark and unexpected. It's unpredictable and keeps you at the edge of your seat the entire time. It's an incredible read.
