Real Men Don't Break Hearts was so cute! Ally and Nate are both the subjects of gossip in their small town. Ally because she was jilted at the alter (by Nate's cousin), and now her ex-fiance is getting married. In town! And Nate was a juvenile delinquent, who left, made his fortune, and became a playboy. But Nate is back in town and has bought the building that houses Ally's apartment and store. She is not happy about her new landlord, and Nate is less than thrilled to be around Ally.

I loved how RReal Men Don't Break Hearts was an enemies-to-lovers romance, but also enemies-to-friends-to-friends-with-benefits-to-lovers! Ally and Nate don't just go from yelling at each and throwing soap to getting married. There are steps in between as they get to know each other again and work through their problems, and boy, do those two have problems! Nate is partially responsible for breaking up Ally and Seth (at least she had thought so at first), and the two had just never gotten along. Even six years later, he still views her as a stuffy, goodie-goodie, and she expects him to get bored with small town life and leave again. Of course, that all changes.

I just really, really liked Real Men Don't Break Hearts. Ally and Nate are working hard at becoming the people that they want to be, and shedding the reputations the town has pinned on them. Their romance also grows slowly but steadily as they spend more time together and make that transition from friends to lovers. This one also has more sex than a typical Bliss title, but it's still "closed door" although there is some stronger language and a bit of a misunderstand when Nate tells Ally that just sex isn't enough for him. That was super funny.
