Sixteen-year-old Starr Carter moves between two worlds: the poor neighborhood where she lives and the fancy suburban prep school she attends. — A very relevant read, raising awareness on the Black Lives Matter movement. I believe the writing could've been more impactful/powerful, but it was a great book with a really important message nonetheless.
