It's rare that a book drags me in completely from the very first chapter but DS Wrights' managed just that. I was utterly captivated by Charlotte and Matt, their individual obsessions and the way the two characters thought. While the possibility of the actual ending had occurred to me, it still surprised me that it worked out that way.
