I devoured these books in middle school. I remember the first book or two in the series quite well, but only remember vague plot points from the rest of the books, I just know that I LOVED them.

The world and lore of the feral cats is very expansive and easy to get immersed in. The books deal with themes of loyalty, trust, leadership, and finding a place where you belong among other things. If there are any young animal lovers in your family or friend circle, I would definitely recommend these books.
