Until I Saw You

Grabbing this after DNFing 5 books in a row felt like... Either this was good or I was going to enter a reading slump. Thankfully, this is good and ended up ticking a lot of boxes for me.

I took interest in the book as a blind recommendation and now I hope whoever mentioned this book in a post I saw gets eaten the fuck out, as they deserve. This was angsty, funny, filled to the brim with chemistry and I also really enjoyed the slow burn, though it was a different flavor than what I'm used to.

My one complaint is that one of the main characters definitely felt way too OK with accepting his bi awakening - I know if they didn't accept it well, there'd be no romance to be had, would there? But it was written as if he was eager to accept it, not even reluctant... and that felt a little lazy.

Still! A great read.
