This book went a completely different direction than I thought it would. Student/teacher relationship can sometimes be a sticky territory with me if the writing isn't just right. But this book was much more and I enjoyed following these two through to their HEA. I would have liked to have found out what the history was with Ford and his stepmother/stepbrother, but it wasn't essential to Ford and Halston's romance.
