This novella is a lot of fun, with the heat setting on high right from the very beginning. It's a standalone and features the best friend of Brianna Heart from the Bradens #6.

So, what happens next after a casual hook-up with a stranger at the airport? Definitely not what either Kat Martin or Eric James expected. Okay, so it's an interesting coincidence to be on the same flight, right? Only, fate had far more in store for this amorous pair!

It's short and sweet with an ample amount of lusty steam as our protagonists get to know each other whilst visiting their mutual friends. We are given a little back story, which adds another coincidence to the plot, answering a suspicion Eric has about meeting Kat before.

“You saved me. You're my real-life hero.”

As with all of Melissa's books, the protagonists are likeable and well developed. The plot draws you in from the beginning and leaves you satisfied with the ending. There are the usual cameo appearance or two from characters of other books...hello, Emily Braden and Dae Bray from Dreaming Of Love.

If you're looking for a quick, HOT read this is for you. Oh, did I mention Eric James is a racing driver ((swoon)) Highly recommend.
