Captain Marvel Vol. 1: Re-entry

Fantastic start to the beginning of a new series for Captain Marvel. I have high hopes for this series, as the writer seems to know how to write a great Captain Marvel. It seems the past few series of Captain Marvel had been taken over by events or being a wedge in another hero's story.

We see Carol in this, take charge of dealing with protecting people, facing her fears and being a badass as she deals with everything around her.

We see Rogue in this and I like how it was done. It was a satisfying conclusion that didn't make Rogue look terrible. In fact, it made her look like the Hero Rogue is.

It ended with a tease on a villain that looks like will cause some trouble for Captain Marvel.

The art was fantastic. I'm excited to read vol 2.
