Ava is a secondary character I have loved in the Hines/Abraham/Links stories. She's brash, funny and loyal to a fault. So I couldn't wait for her romance. But man did it have to be so a downer. Ava gets her heart broken by the man she's loved forever, it's mended by a lovely British drummer and then the rug is pulled out from under her again. I can appreciate the heartbreak, but dear Lord how does the one character that could always make me laugh end up with a story like this? Here's hoping Luke's side of the story gives us a better ending.
