This is a great, practical book on something that gets talked about a lot, but not always practiced well - Sabbath. I really enjoyed, and was challenged by, Dr. Sleeth’s book on green living and hoped this one would be in the same vein. It did not disappoint me.

This a fairly easy and fun read, which I suspect the author wanted it to be. Although it is not scholarly, it is deep enough, with plenty of scriptural reference, to make it worth the read. The author also uses plenty examples from his own life, demonstrating that what he writes and suggests is doable and worth putting into practice.

If you are looking for a practical way of introducing Sabbath living as part of your life, then this book is a good place to start.
