Once again, this book answers an important question which is "What happens when a pill that guarantees an eternal disease-free life fails?" What I love about this series is the way that it makes one think about long life and its consequences.
What made me enjoy this book even more was the the way the author used multiple POV's to create an effective story and hearing a whole load less of Anna and Peter (who are main characters that I can't connect with). What I thankfully got to read more of was the Underground take-overs and government/industry conspiracies, which was so freaking amazing!
There were a few issues that I had with this book, but in the end I honestly didn't care about what the issues were except for the way Anna and Sheila are seen to do stereotypical gender roles and are always needed to be protected or saved by someone else.
I enjoyed this book a lot more than I enjoyed the previous books in the series. There was more action, more conspiracies and thankfully less of Anna and Peter. In my eyes, this book has redeemed the series.
