Honestly it's been a day or two since I read it and a lot of the details are just floating away.

Chulah Rivers hunts evil spirits and sends them on their way. April Meadows appears into his life and she knows a lot about him, his work and what happened the day his dad died.

It's messy and complicated and the world seems somehow shallow but has potential.
