Rokka no Yuusha is intense, the mystery is getting thicker and the more Kyoma leaders getting explored the harder it is to pinpoint who the seventh is for some reason (for now it's either an unaware Adlet or Hans). Tgurneu is the type of villain I like to see, unbelievably smart, ruthless and toying with our heroes for the lolz. I definitely look forward to see what other schemes he will come up with. It was more of an emotional roller coaster than the second this time around with the betrayal and Goldof's thoughts but in the end I'm not 100% happy with this volume because of that.

Tbh I liked the second volume way more than this one because Mora is a much better character than Goldof to me, I know that his devotion and loyalty to the princess is admirable but it actually did nothing other than make me feel sorry for him and lament his lack of character. We saw him mope around in the second novel and in the first chapters of this novel before getting revived so to speak to save Nashetania, to me it seems like it's his sole reason for being in the story and it's kind of pathetic as well, given his backstory I can't really blame the devotion but he's regarded as a genius so shouldn't he use his brain more than his heart? The series isn't over yet so I'm hoping by the volumes to come he'll either get over his princess and starts being a real brave or die with her as a traitor. Adlet did confirm that sitting amongst them are three enemies excluding Tgurneu's seventh so we will see.

I'm not lowering my rating of the book though because it was an enjoyable read from start to finish, not as good as the second that's true but still more than enough entertainment in getting my mind blown away by the complex mystery and I don't do decimal ratings.
