I was looking forward to seeing what Nina Lane came up with this new series. I absolutely adored her Spiral Bliss series and couldn't wait to see what she did to the candy world.

Polly was trying to hold together the life her mother had started, but she was drowning in debt and uncertainty if she could hold everything together. Luke was the CEO of his family's candy company hoping he could turn it around and keep their legacy alive. Both of needed a lifeline and found it in a dive bar with a drunken proposition.

I loved Polly. There was something about her that made me want to put my arm around her and tell her she could be whatever she wanted to be. She carried the weight of her mother's legacy on her shoulders and didn't know how to get out from under the debt or the expectations. Luke changed everything for her. Her gave her the small suggestions that changed so much in her life. He had faith in her, something she didn't have a lot of in herself and helped her realize she should follow her dreams.

Luke and Polly didn't seem like the most likeliest of couples, but they were able to give each other the proverbial push. They learned to lean on each other and found something neither of them thought they could have.

A sexy, fun read that leaves you wanting to have the next Stone brother's book right now.
