Eva, a 4-year-old bringing all the innocence and with it the joy. She is so upbeat that it keeps Molly going. I wanted to make it all ok for her and when she spoke of her birthday and the fairies I did get a bit choked up.
The theme in this novella is strong and always in the forefront and that’s kindness, not just to others but to yourself and in this day and age it’s could not be more true. I love the idea of the pledges people signed up to. Just a small thing can go a long way.
Not only are we focusing on Molly, but we are focusing on a whole new cafe and new people! I adore Bertha, she is probably my favourite, for a 60-year-old she takes no prisoners and I love it! We have the twins of Krystal and Carrie and the rich girl Patrina, who is very Madison Esq.
Do not despair we still see the old family briefly, Fen more than the other as this is set in her cafe at Brambleberry Manor! This cafe is cute and has a rustic feel set on the ground and we also meet 2 new men Adam and Matt! Definitely, ones to remember for the future, especially if we have a book about Carrie.
I am never bored with this series, we have such a huge community it is amazing to see their lives and the impact on the town around them. I easily lose myself with old and new friends when I read this and forget to live in the real world.
One of the things I love about these books is that love does not take the centre stage. It’s not the be-all and end-all, it is the side part while we focus on what is happening in our families eyes, yes I see them as family. I am protective of them and you just want to have the very best for them.
Another winner in my eyes and not long until the next one is out to read neither! I for one can’t wait!
