I bought and first read this book when I was pregnant with my first child (2013). Once he was born we followed Tizzie's routines and found them, the offered information and advice within theses pages to be a sanity saver. I've just had a second child and will be following Tizzie's routines again. I thought I'd give the whole book a re-read to refresh my mummy memory. I am expecting the same feeding and sleeping success thanks to this book that I had with my first.
