Chicks, Man is a best friends sibling romance from J. D. Hollyfield which is written in the first-person point of view.
Hannah was in love with her brother's best friend since she was a little girl but was never seen as anything more than "Hannah Banana" to her brother's friends. After tricking Levi into a tryst in the storage closet at her brother's wedding things between them change forever. Levi attempts to fight his attraction to Hannah until it becomes too much.
This book had me thinking that this was a romantic comedy after reading the blurb and seeing the cover and I was surprised when I started reading and found out that it starts as a bit of a comedy, then turns to a contemporary romance and finishes as a romantic suspense. This is a new-to-me author and I found her sex scenes to be a little too vulgar with the wording.
