Trace "Buzz" has the reputation of the teams playboy and that he is always goofing around. Hollis is sick of her father treating her like she does not matter and after a bad decision with a baseball player she has sworn them off. Buzz runs into Hollis when she ends up on the wrong floor at the stadium and feels a connection with her he has never felt before but she pushes him away. When he rescues her from her ex at a benefit he makes it his goal to make her see that not all baseball players are the same. Hard Fall is the second book in the Trophy Boyfriends series.

Hard Fall had me laughing out loud throughout most of the book. I loved the growth of Buzz and Hollis' relationship and the banter between them was so funny. Sara Ney did a great job of proving the saying "You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover" and that not everything is how it seem. Hollis had her perception of who Buzz was but he proved her wrong at every new interaction between them. I can not wait for the next book in the Trophy Boyfriends series.

"Am I imagining it, or did she just shiver when I said her name? She can't be cold; she's wearing pants." - Trace "Buzz" Wallace, Hard Fall by Sara Ney
