I'm a sucker for historical fiction novels and it is even better when the story flashes between the present and the future. I enjoyed this book quite a bit and it was a good fix while waiting for the next [a:Diana Gabaldon|3617|Diana Gabaldon|http://photo.goodreads.com/authors/1213918339p2/3617.jpg] Outlander novel to come out.
