I really enjoy this series. This was not my favorite book, and might even be one of my least favorite in this series (but that is being compared to some great books). I just couldn't get into Raiz and Adria. I don't have a problem with broken characters or relationships that start off rocky (come on, i love the Downside Ghists series and you dont get a more rocky start to a realtionship or a more broken character), but these two really never did it for me. I do love the gift that Raiz gives Adria to attempt to get her to stay.

All that being said, the rest of the story is good as always. You get to see more of Hawke and Seina. You also see moe alliances forming and a civil war amongst the Psy. I'm intregied by what will happen in the next book.
