I had hoped this one would be better than the first one... and it was. My heart really broke for Clare in the beginning when she was in her old house and dealing with her life as it was...without Jack in it. And then there was Kate.... I really liked Kate and enjoyed her storyline. She and Reid... well I like an older guy/younger girl plot... now at 18 I do wonder about the age difference. But I am looking forward to the relationship when she is older.
Aidan was dreamy.... plain and simple. The only other complaint I have is that her characters love each other within a couple of weeks.
