Jon thinks Kylie has seen the actual murder. He is in Salem to catch a clever serial killer after getting a clue at one of the crime scene that leads him to the Cauldron. Is it possible Kylie has seen his serial killer?
Salem’s rich history, the graveyards and past-life regressions were all intriguing. Graham always shares the setting’s history and the Salem Witch trials were a part of it. I always love the tidbits she weaves into her tales.
Jackson and other members of the Krewe arrive and we get to see both familiar ghosts and new. Between Kylie’s friends, tour guides, locals and Krewe we had a fun list of suspects and an interesting group to learn about.
The murder-mystery was tightly woven and felt realistic. Here we know the villain from the beginning, but are they tied to the other murders? You must read to discover it for yourself.
Read this for the mystery first as the romance is served on the side dish. We learn Jon and Kylie’s story as they work together and the chemistry felt genuine. This review was originally posted at Caffeinated Reviewer
