My Review

This is one of those books that I recommend re reading once every year. It has such valuable insights on how to find things that get you into the "flow". The flow is when you get in the zone or when time seems to glide along effortlessly. This adds to happiness to peoples lives. The trick is to find an activity that is not to hard and not too difficult. It has little to do with every day activities like watching tv or mindlessly surfing the web, but rather, has to do with activities that engage you in life. It adds meaning to your life.

I found this book well written and had re read it three times. I gleaned more information from it each time I read it. I try and find activities that create a flow for me. The author prescribes against a constant state of flow because then that would be too easy. We have to seek new challenges with each new skill set we have learned.

This book is highly recommended,
