Worth the Risk combines two of my favorite things: Romance and the environment! Sam and Dean had a whirlwind romance during one summer five years ago. Dean put his career first, leaving Sam heartbroken. Now the two are reunited when they're both pitching conservation plans to Dean's father. Sam is eager to prove herself to her own father, while Dean wants the job to reconnect with his. He certainly doesn't expect to reconnect with the one who got away.

The time frame of Worth the Risk is just one weekend, which I love. Sam and Dean meet at the office, then go out afterward. The two wind up agreeing to spend the weekend rekindling the flame, then parting ways on Monday when one of them will have won the contract. Their weekend is hot! They have a lot of sex, but they also have some fun adventures, and some heartwarming moments. Obviously, they both realize that they're still in love and shouldn't let their career goals get in the way of love.

I really enjoyed Worth the Risk. Even the office scenes held my interest, but then again, I am interested in environmental issues and enjoyed seeing how Sam and Dean decided to approach this project. I also liked how there was still plenty of development and tension in their relationship, despite this being a second chance romance. We get a few memories of their time together, but for the most part it's about them reconnecting.
