This was a fantastic story. You really feel for Kevin who does everything he can to make sure that his love interest remains interested in him. As someone with a 'husky' build, I could relate to his side of the story. What Rick R. Reed does which is impressive is create an antagonist that you can't hate. I found myself caring for every one of the characters who came into this book and hope for more of their world, possibly from Bobby's perspective.
Chaser demonstrates that it's perfectly fine to have a 'type' that you are attracted to, no matter what that 'type' might be. Reed also shows that love comes in all shapes and sizes, and sometimes you need to look beyond someone's physical appearance. Everyone wants to be loved, and sometimes the most beautiful of us all are the loneliest.
