I get all excited when I find a new author and instantly fall in love with their writing style. Caroline Linden made me a fan forever with this fourth novel length offering from her Scandalous series.

Olivia Townsend was basically sold into marriage by her father and she lost her true love in the process. Ten years later, Olivia is desperate to get away from a man who will do anything to get what he wants and he believes Olivia has it.

Thankfully, James Weston still cares for his first love and goes in search of Olivia to help her find the item of such interest. In the process, an old flame burns brighter and true love blooms once again.

Linden brings so many layers into this story, giving it a vibrant beauty comparable to the item so desperately sought throughout the story. There is a heart wrenching romance of James and Olivia. The dastardly deeds of Olivia’s late husband and his friends. Last but not least, the mysterious item worth killing for. All these elements make Six Degrees of Scandal a passionate adventure not to be missed!
