Wonder Woman (2016-) #53

This issue of Wonder Woman brings an end to the latest plot. It was an interesting one on the whole, though I think the previous issues were perhaps a bit stronger than the conclusion.
No matter how you look at it though, it sure was fun watching Wonder Woman, Artemis, and the others all fight together. It was a fun, flashy fight on the whole, which I can’t really complain about. I think my biggest concern (spoiler warning) was the reference to Artemis getting ‘fourth degree burns.’ And yes, you read that right and I wrote it correctly. I checked four times. I just. What? Not to mention that Artemis looked completely fine…so…that threw me and pretty much killed and immersion I was experiencing.
