This cover is OK. A fairly good representation of the story. The composition is OK but the title is way too big, and it is a bit too dark overall.

I wanted to like this one more than I did. The plot had all the bones to be a great dark story, but I found the execution a bit lacking. The characters seem to have these extreme whiplash personality changes. One minute Talon is hitting the heroine and raping her; then he is concerned about her not liking him, then he is back to smacking her. The heroine is this frightened virgin; then she is this in your face bad ass. The entirety of this book was pretty much a 2-Star read for me until the very end. That twist earned it an extra star.
