Xandir, an archangel assigned as a watcher angel over mankind, disobeys heavenly law by interfering with humans. As punishment, he is reassigned as a destroying angel.
Very interesting take on the last days, angels and demons. My favorite character in the book is the angel Xandier. The book had a somewhat slow start, but once it picks up speed, it rushes through until the climatic ending.
