There is one type of pregnancy story that I enjoy: one that ends with puppies! Callie usually avoids her super sexy, playboy neighbor. She knows she’s attracted to him, but she’s sworn off bad boys for good. Then at the start of Leashed, she bumps into him while taking her Great Dane, Jack, for a walk. Owen happens to also be taking his Great Dane, Jill, for a walk. Needless to say, the two dogs hit it off immediately, and now Callie can’t avoid Owen anymore. Jill is going to have puppies and she also needs some training, which Callie has offered to take care of.

Leashed was super cute! I love dogs! Jack and Jill are simply adorable together! I loved learning more about the breed, as well as breeding and showing in general. Of course, I was also into the romance between the humans. I liked how there was no big drama between them. They make it clear that they shouldn’t get involved, which is easier said than done. Then they don’t tip toe around each other when the tension gets to be too much, they just go for it! I suppose they aren’t too different from their canine companions.
