So when I first saw the cover for this issue – well before I learned of the cause of it all (read Infinity Wars if you haven’t – it’ll explain everything) I was a little bit concerned. I mean, it seemed like a cool idea and all, but it also seemed like it would be very much dependent on the reason for this…combination.
As it turns out there was a very interesting reason for these characters being combined. That left me free to enjoy this mash-up in peace. Iron Man and Thor combined into one character…it’s an interesting concept, to say the least. I love that they didn’t just combine their physical attributes, but their personalities, abilities, and history as well. It made for a very interesting read.
