Oh my goodness!
I felt from the beginning of this series that Romano needed his own little book. There was just something about him when we first met that really struck me.
We know from Matteo that Romano wasn't the best of fathers as he was creating soldiers more than he created a child, but I also saw how they all still very much love one another and how important family is to all of them.
The Vendetti series is by far one of my favourite mafia series and I can't wait for Dante's book which is the next one up. That is also the book we get to see more of Romano and Kaira and their little Bambino. :)
I really like Kaira, she's strong and reminds me if Violet.
It seems both Capos need strong women by their side.
I can't wait to see where the war with the Irish goes now and I'm still trying to get my head around Valentino and his problems!
This is 5 star read for me and I can't recommend it enough, but it's book number 5, this is a series you need to follow the order in, or you will be confused and miss out.
