I'm really a fan of Huff and Puff! After last week my five year old budding reader read all by herself [b:Huff and Puff Have Too Much Stuff!|20306809|Huff and Puff Have Too Much Stuff!|Tish Rabe|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1393223896s/20306809.jpg|27614121] and was excited tonight to attempt [b:Huff and Puff and the New Train|18635111|Huff and Puff and the New Train|Tish Rabe|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1381289275s/18635111.jpg|26366085] she did really well. There were less than a handful of words she really needed help on and a good amount of contractions that were just the right amount if challenge. I'm very pleased with this book and shes delighted with her progress and reading FUN! stories.
This is written by the same author that has written several of the Cat in the Hat Learning Library titles, which we also enjoy. The illustrations just as with the other one are vivd and bright. Uber pleased.
